This is a QR ordering system for your restaurant: customers scan a code at their table, browse your menu, and place an order that shows up live on your dashboard. You manage your own menu, tables, and orders.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued use pricing scales based on the number of tables your restaurant has, and the exact current price for your account is shown to you directly in your dashboard under Plan & Subscription. Pricing may change in the future, and if it does, we will message you on WhatsApp before it applies to your account, and it will never apply retroactively.
Payment is currently handled manually via eSewa. You pay, confirm the payment with us on WhatsApp, and we activate your account. There is no automatic renewal or auto-debit, nothing is charged without you actively paying and confirming it.
You can stop at any time, simply do not renew. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment. Message us on WhatsApp if you would like your account and data deleted rather than just left inactive.
Because the monthly fee is small and payment is confirmed by hand before we activate your account, we do not offer refunds for a month already paid for. If you paid by mistake, such as paying twice or paying after deciding to cancel, message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it out.
This is a small, actively maintained service, not a large company with a guaranteed uptime commitment. We work to keep it running reliably and fix problems quickly when they come up, but we cannot promise it will never go down. We are not liable for lost sales or orders missed due to downtime, and our liability to you is limited to the subscription fee you have paid for the current month.
Your menu, tables, and order history stay yours. See our privacy page for how we handle it. If you close your account, message us and we will delete your restaurant's data.
