Privacy for guests

Last updated and effective: 23 October 2026

You are ordering through a café’s OrderKhaja menu. Here is what that means for your information, in short. We never sell it, and we never use it for advertising.

1. What is kept

  • your order, table, notes and bill, and any review or table call you send;
  • your name and phone number, only if you type them in;
  • your location when you order, only if the café asks for it and you allow it, to confirm you are at the café;
  • a random code in your browser, so the café can tell orders from the same phone apart and block fake orders.

2. Who sees it

The café you ordered from, for its orders and accounts. We see it only to run and protect the service. Other cafés never see it.

3. Your choices

  • Name and phone are optional, and you can say no to location in your browser.
  • For anything about an order, ask the café first, or contact us below and we will help.
  • Clearing your browser data removes the code, cart and settings saved on your phone.
