How to sell OrderKhaja

A short guide for agents and café owners who bring cafés to OrderKhaja. Read it once, take the demo card and your code, and you’re ready.

What OrderKhaja does

Customers scan a QR code on the table, order from their phone, and the order rings instantly on the kitchen or counter phone. Owners also get bills with VAT/service charge, kitchen tickets, staff logins and daily sales.

The 2-minute demo

  1. 1Hand the owner the sample QR card and let them scan it with their own phone.
  2. 2They order one item.
  3. 3Your second phone (the café dashboard) rings with the order and table number.
  4. 4Show the bill being made in one tap.
  5. 5Say: “Try it free, we set everything up for you.”

What to say

Opening: Namaste dai/didi, I’m ___ from OrderKhaja. Customers order from a QR code on the table and it rings straight in your kitchen. Can I show you in 2 minutes?

Then ask: During rush time, do orders ever get mixed up or forgotten?

  • Do customers need an app?

    No app needed; the menu opens in the browser.

  • What do we need to buy?

    Works on any phone; a printer is optional.

  • What does it cost?

    The price depends on the number of tables.

  • What if the internet fails?

    OrderKhaja needs internet.

  • Can others see our data?

    Data is private; competitors can't see anything.

  • Are the bills tax invoices?

    Not IRD-certified tax invoices yet.

  • Does it work in Nepali?

    English and Nepali.

Your code

Ask cafés to sign up with your link or type your code at sign-up. Only cafés that sign up with your code count for you. You earn only when a café actually pays.

  • Promise a café that its competitors can’t use OrderKhaja.
  • Promise discounts we didn’t agree.
